Comments:  This is a sad day not just for the US but for the entire World. My condolences go out to all who have lost in this tragedy, especially my dear friends who have lost family members.

Comments:  September 11, 2001 was the worst day in US history. Out of the many lives lost one happens to be my beautiful aunt Donna who worked with stocks on the 97th floor of the South Tower in the World Trade Center. I pray for all the other families that have experienced the lost of loved ones and those who were injured in the horrible attack. We all have to unite to fight this war against terrorism and stop these people from taking innocent lives, but I know they took her to a better place.

My most sincere condolences to anyone who lost a family member or friend in this senseless tragedy. This has affected more people than we realize - in those buildings were people from so many countries, of so many religions... Just senseless. First, we cannot judge the 1.5 billion muslims in the world based on the actions of a few misguided, evil cowards who will use their ignorant interpretation of a peaceful religious faith to justify their wicked and cowardly actions. NOTHING can justify what happened in New York and Washington. Secondly, this is the worst wake up call to the US government and all the allies of Israel, who for nearly 50 years have supported a government that has forcibly occupied Palestinian land and taken away the rights of Palestinian people. When a people are stripped of their rights as a nation, when their leaders are assassinated and the US not only stands idly by but continues to support the country that oppresses them, inevitably there will arise a more radical faction that decides that the only way they can be heard is by committing atrocious acts of terrorism and violence against innocent people. Black September 1970, the kidnapping and assassination of Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics, the hijacking of countless airlines since then... and US and Israeli oppression of Palestinian people continues. If the US decides to bomb some Middle Eastern country or wipe out whichever radical faction is responsible for these murders, what will happen? More radical factions will form, more acts of terrorism might be committed... we cannot afford to fight a never-ending war against terrorists! Only innocent and blameless people, like the thousands who are no more with us, will suffer. I think the US needs to seriously re-examine its policy on Palestine and the Middle East in general. We cannot afford to suffer the loss of innocent people like we are suffering now.

Comments:  All I know is I feel good I voted, even though it looks as if Bush might serve again-which I hope not. I live in NY, and feel that the government is just a hoax. It doesn't make a difference where you are, you still have to work hard for what you have. And, it's sad that in Manhattan there's a site called United Nations where important people from every country is supppose to conversate and unite. And, it looks like it isn't working. IT WAS GOOD TO SEE EVERYONE COME TOGETHER FOR A CHANGE DISPITE OUR DIFFERENCES. I DID MY PART BY GOING TO IRAQI IN JAN 2003. Comments:  why are you guys so saddened from this? the US does not care about anyone but themselves. when there are bombings in other countries like the bombings in Nairobi, Kenya from terrorist attacks no one cared, and no one did anything about it. the US is bombing Iraq every day killing many innocent civilians, but i do not see anyone mentioning this.
